The following terms govern the provision of Quick Website Services ("the Services") by the Company (CameTrue) to the Client for the Website.
1. The Company agrees to provide the Client with the Quick Website Service and shall deliver website development and design work as described on the relevant service page on the Company's website.
1.1 The Company shall provide a custom-designed 5-page website and is exclusively built on the WordPress platform. If the Client desires a website on a different platform, they have to opt for the Custom Website Service, which will be subject to a different pricing structure and terms.
1.2 The Service includes domain and hosting services for the first year, SSL certificates for website security, fully crafted copywriting, and the use of stock images. Additionally, the service will incorporate one contact form, SEO optimisation (meta title, meta tag and URL), mobile optimisation(most current web browsers).
1.3 The Client will be granted access and instructions to the Content Management System (“CMS”) for the purpose of uploading content and maintaining the site.
1.4 The Service is designed to be delivered within a 14 business day period, provided that the Client meets all submission deadlines. The timeline includes specific milestones, such as the delivery of the first draft, revisions, and final approval. Any delays caused by the Client will result in an extension of the delivery timeline, with the Company not held responsible for such delays.
2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Quick Website Service is limited to the components outlined above and any additional requests beyond this scope will require separate negotiation and may incur additional costs.
2.1 Due to the nature of the services provided, once the Quick Website Service has commenced (i.e., after payment is made and the initial information is collected), no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to cases where the Client decides to discontinue the service or is dissatisfied with the chosen template or design.
2.2 If the Client wishes to cancel the service before the first draft is delivered, a partial refund of 50% of the total service fee may be issued. After the first draft has been delivered, no refunds will be provided.
2.3 The Client is expected to communicate feedback promptly and accurately through the designated channels (e.g., email or integrated feedback forms). The Company will adhere to the agreed timelines only if the Client provides timely feedback.
2.4 The Quick Website Service includes one round of revisions as part of the standard package. Any additional revisions beyond this round will incur an additional fee.
2.5 The Client is required to submit all revision requests within TWO days after receiving the first draft. Failure to submit revision requests within this timeframe will result in the project proceeding to final delivery.
2.6 Upon final approval of the website draft, any requests for additional services or changes beyond the scope of the Quick Website Service, including but not limited to custom add-ons, will require separate agreements and will be billed separately.
3. The Client is responsible for providing all required information, including business details, branding assets, content, and template choices, feedback within the specified timelines. Failure to do so may result in delays, for which the Company will not be held responsible.
3.1 If the Client fails to submit the necessary information or feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe, the delivery timeline will be extended, and the Company shall not be liable for any missed deadlines. The Client will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such delays.
3.2 Any delays caused by the Client’s actions, including late submission of information or untimely feedback, will result in extended delivery timelines. The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or additional costs arising from such delays.
3.3 The Client may opt to subscribe to an ongoing support package for an additional fee of $89 per month. This package includes 24/7 support, a monthly website performance report, and up to three website edits per month. This service is not included in the standard Quick Website Service and must be purchased separately.
The following terms govern the provision of Quick PPC Services ("the Services") by the Company (CameTrue) to the Client for the Client's online advertising campaigns.
1. The Company agrees to provide the Client with Quick PPC Services and shall deliver pay-per-click (PPC) campaign setup and management as described on the relevant service page on the Company's website.
2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
2.1 The Services include setting up a nearly ready-to-use ad campaign on one chosen platform between Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) Ads, with the provision of a ready-to-use ads account. The Client must add their ad copy and creative assets to launch the campaign.
2.2 The Service also includes the provision of a user manual with best practices for ad creation, tracking setup for monitoring campaign performance.
2.3 While the Company will guide the Client with best practices for ad copy, the actual copywriting is not included and can be added as an extra service at an additional cost.
2.4 Visuals such as images or videos are not provided within this service. The Client may opt for additional creative design services for an additional charge.
2.5 The Service does not include ongoing optimisation, monitoring, or troubleshooting after the initial setup and launch. These services can be provided separately upon request.
2.6 The Service is designed to commence within 5 business days after receiving all required information and access from the Client. The timeline for campaign setup and optimisation will be determined based on the complexity of the campaign.
3. The Client is responsible for providing all required information, including but not limited to, business information, target audience details, campaign goals, creative assets, and access to existing ad accounts. The Client must ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
3.1 The Client must clarify their primary objectives for the campaign and provide any competitor insights that may influence the strategy. Failure to provide necessary details or timely access may result in delays, for which the Company will not be held responsible.
3.2 The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and approval for campaign elements such as ad copy and targeting options. Delays in feedback may result in extended timelines, and the Company will not be liable for any impact on campaign performance due to such delays.
4. The Services are provided on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads. If the Client wishes to utilise a different advertising platform, they must opt for a Custom PPC Service, which will be subject to a different pricing structure and terms.
5. Due to the nature of the services provided, once the Quick PPC Service has commenced (i.e., after payment is made and the initial campaign setup has begun), no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to cases where the Client decides to discontinue the service or changes advertising platform.
6. The Client may opt to choose an ongoing PPC management package for an additional fee, which includes continuous optimisation, ad copy refresh, and monthly strategy sessions. This service is not included in the standard Quick PPC Service and must be purchased separately with Custom PPC Service.
7. The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or additional costs arising from the performance of the PPC campaigns, including but not limited to lower-than-expected results, increased competition in the Client's industry, or budgetary decisions made by the Client. The Client is solely responsible for determining and managing the budget allocated to their PPC campaigns.
8. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, lawsuits, expenses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the Client’s failure to fulfill their responsibilities, including providing accurate and timely information or failing to comply with platform policies.
The following terms govern the provision of Google Business Listing Services ("the Services") by the Company (CameTrue) to the Client for their Google Business Profile (GBP).
1. The Company agrees to provide the Client with Google Business Listing Services and shall deliver the creation, setup, and initial optimisation of the Google Business Profile (GBP) as described on the relevant service page on the Company's website.
1.1 The Service includes the creation and setup of a Google Business Profile to enhance the Client's local presence, along with initial profile optimisation. This may involve adding high-quality images, selecting appropriate business categories, and incorporating relevant keywords to improve visibility in local searches.
1.2 The Service also includes assistance with business information verification through Google's verification process to ensure that the profile is authenticated and trustworthy.
1.3 Additionally, the Client will receive a guide on how to manage and update their Google Business Profile, ensuring that it remains fresh and relevant to attract more customers.
1.4 A one-time performance overview will be provided to show how the Google Business Profile is performing, including metrics such as views, clicks, and customer actions.
2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
2.1 Any further detailed optimisation beyond the initial setup will incur additional charges.
2.2 Integration of Google Maps with the GBP on the Client's website is not included.
2.3 Assistance with managing or acquiring Google reviews is not part of this service.
2.4 After the initial setup and optimisation of the Google Business Profile, any further updates, optimisations, or management are not included in the service. These can be provided separately at an additional cost.
2.5 The Client acknowledges that the verification process is controlled by Google, and the Company has no influence over the time it takes for Google to complete this process. Delays caused by the verification process are not the responsibility of the Company.
2.6 Due to the nature of the services provided, once the Google Business Listing Service has commenced (i.e., after payment is made and the initial profile setup has begun), no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to cases where the Client decides to discontinue the service or is dissatisfied with the profile’s performance.
2.7 Upon final approval of the Google Business Profile setup, any further requests for updates or optimisations beyond the scope of the Google Business Listing Service will require separate agreements and will be billed separately.
3. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information for the setup and optimisation of the Google Business Profile, including comprehensive business details, logo and branding assets, and a short business description limited to 750 characters.
3.1 The Client must provide access to a verified email address for Google account setup and verification. The accuracy and timeliness of the provided information are the Client's responsibility.
3.2 The Client must ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Any delay in providing necessary information may result in delays in the completion of the Services, for which the Company will not be held responsible.
4. The Client may opt to subscribe to an ongoing management package for an additional fee, which includes continuous optimisation, profile updates, and monthly performance reports. This service is not included in the standard Google Business Listing Service and must be purchased separately.
5. The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or additional costs arising from the performance of the Google Business Profile, including but not limited to lower-than-expected results, changes in Google’s algorithms, or increased competition in the Client's industry.
6. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, lawsuits, expenses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the Client’s failure to fulfill their responsibilities, including providing accurate and timely information or failing to comply with platform policies.
The following terms govern the provision of Advanced Copy Services ("the Services") by the Company (CameTrue) to the Client.
1. The Company agrees to provide the Client with the Advanced Copy Service and shall deliver professionally written content as described on the relevant service page on the Company's website.
1.1 The Service includes up to 500 words per page, optimized with relevant keywords for basic SEO, written by professional copywriters. All content will be aligned with the Client's brand messaging and tone, ensuring it is both authentic and authoritative.
2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
2.1 The Client acknowledges that the Advanced Copy Service is limited to the components outlined above. Any additional requests beyond this scope will require separate negotiation and may incur additional costs.
2.2 The Client is responsible for providing all required information, including the brief on tone and style, target audience details, SEO keywords, existing website URLs, and competitor insights, within the specified timelines. Failure to do so may result in delays, for which the Company will not be held responsible.
2.3 The Service does not include advanced SEO targeting, extensive market research, or the creation of visuals such as images or videos. These services are available separately and will incur additional charges.
2.4 The Company will deliver the content within a reasonable timeframe, provided the Client submits all required information promptly. Any delays in providing the necessary information may result in an extended delivery timeline, for which the Company will not be held responsible.
2.5 The Client is entitled to review the content and request adjustments.The Service includes one round of revisions as part of the standard package. Any additional revisions beyond this round will incur an additional fee.
2.6 The Client must provide feedback within TWO business days of receiving the draft. Delays in feedback may extend the delivery timeline.
2.7 Once the Service has commenced(i.e., after payment is made and the initial information is collected), no refunds will be issued. This includes cases where the Client decides to discontinue the service after work has started.
2.8 The Client is expected to communicate feedback promptly and accurately through the designated channels (e.g., email or integrated feedback forms). The Company will adhere to the agreed timelines only if the Client provides timely feedback.
3. The Client agrees to waive any liability claims against the Company arising from the use of the provided content.
4. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from the Client’s use or publication of the content.
5. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the content and the use of content complies with applicable laws and regulations and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
The following terms govern the provision of Basic SEO Services ("the Services") by the Company (CameTrue) to the Client.
1. The Company agrees to provide the Client with Basic SEO Services as described on the relevant service page on the Company's website.
2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
2.1 The Basic SEO Services will include keyword optimization, header tag structuring, and the creation of SEO-friendly URLs to ensure website responsiveness and search engine compatibility, as well as submitting the website for Google Indexing.
2.2 The Basic SEO Services cover up to five website pages. Any additional pages required by the Client will be subject to an additional charge of $100 per page.
2.3 The Basic SEO Services do not include advanced SEO strategies such as in-depth keyword research, link building, or content marketing. These services can be provided separately at an additional cost.
2.4 Due to the nature of the SEO Services, once work has commenced (i.e., after payment is made and initial information is collected), no refunds will be issued.
2.5 The Client may review the SEO implementation and request adjustments. Any additional changes beyond the initial scope may incur extra fees.
3. The Client is responsible for providing access to the website’s backend or content management system (CMS) to enable the implementation of SEO changes.
3.1 The Client must provide existing content that can be optimised (if no content is available, content creation will need to be addressed separately).
3.2 The Client agrees to provide comprehensive business details, including business name, physical address, phone number, and other relevant information necessary for the performance of the Services.
3.3 The Client acknowledges that timely communication and the provision of required information are essential for the delivery of the Services. Any delays caused by the Client in providing the necessary information or access may result in extended delivery timelines, for which the Company will not be held responsible.
4. The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or additional costs arising from the performance of the Basic SEO Services, including but not limited to lower-than-expected results, changes in search engine algorithms, or increased competition in the Client's industry.
The following terms govern the provision of Extra Page Services ("the Services") by the Company (CameTrue) to the Client.
1. The Company agrees to provide the Client with the Extra Page Service, which includes the creation and design of additional web pages for the Client's existing website, as detailed on the relevant service page on the Company's website.
2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
2.1 The Service is available only to clients who have previously purchased the Quick Website Package or Custom Website Service. The Client must have an existing website managed by the Company or one that is compatible with the Company's web development tools for the Extra Page Service to be rendered.
2.2 This Service involves the creation of additional pages that adhere to the existing layout and design of the Client’s current website. No custom layouts or significant design changes will be made unless specifically requested and agreed upon in writing, which may incur additional costs.
2.3 The service includes up to 500 words of content, three stock images, a basic layout, and basic SEO optimisation (title, meta description, and alt tags). Additional content will be charged at $50 per 100 words. Extra stock images are available at $20 each.
2.4 The Service does not include advanced customisation, such as custom design layouts or advanced SEO strategies, unless specifically requested and agreed upon in writing. Custom design elements and advanced optimisation are available at additional costs starting from $100, depending on the complexity.
3. The Client is required to provide all necessary information, including the existing website URL, branding assets, and details about the products or services to be featured on the extra pages.
3.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. Any delays in providing this information may result in extended delivery timelines for which the Company will not be held responsible.
3.2 The additional pages must adhere to the existing design and layout of the Client's website. The Client should clearly indicate which existing layout or page structure the new page should follow.
3.3 The Service includes one round of revisions per page. Any additional revisions beyond this will be charged at $150 per revision round to cover additional labor and time.
3.4 The Client must provide feedback and revision requests within TWO business days of receiving the first draft. Failure to do so may result in delays for which the Company will not be held responsible.
4. Once the Service has commenced (i.e., after payment is made and the initial information is collected), no refunds will be issued.
5. The Service is intended to be completed within a reasonable timeframe following the Client’s submission of all required information. The timeline may be adjusted based on the complexity of the Client’s website and the promptness of the Client’s feedback.
6. The Client agrees to waive any liability claims against the Company arising from the Extra Page Services provided.
7. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from the use or publication of the extra page content.
8. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the extra page content complies with applicable laws and regulations and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
